Millhopper Montessori Elementary/Middle School celebrates the historic election year with one of Broadway's greatest performers. The cast is made up of over 100 students ranging from first - eighth grades. The stage lights up with angel "cowpolks," civil war soldiers, a dazzling Broadway chorus, and a swinging rag-time rock band.
"Yankee Doodle Dandy," is the story centered around the fictional town of Snookersville, Colorado's Centennial Pageant. Old-time Broadway performers: George Cohan, Sam Harris, and Fred Niblo reappear on earth to help stage a Broadway spectacular.
